European Wax Center aims to drive confidence in their guests with their full body waxing services. As a multi-unit franchisee with 12 locations in the Chicago area, the wax centers are family-owned and operated and they have been investing in their teams and the Chicago community since 2013.

What attracted you to use the RiseKit software? What features did you like the best?
As a quickly growing company, we’re always looking for great talent in the marketplace. Having a new outlet to find talent while also giving underserved members of our community the opportunity for employment, RiseKit seemed like a no-brainer for us.
How often do you plan on posting new jobs on RiseKit within the Chicagoland area?
We are constantly hiring for our locations.
What type of jobs are you looking to fill?
Call Center Associates, Guest Services Associates
Are there any specific qualities you need to see in candidates to consider hiring? Is any experience required?
The ability to provide a genuine guest service experience to our customers. We typically look for experience in retail and/or hospitality.
What’s your advice on what it takes for an employee to rise within your company?
An intense drive to learn and a willingness to be vulnerable with identifying your own weaknesses.
