Today, we are thrilled to announce a transition in our leadership that will further our mission and amplify our impact; Our Founder, Matt Strauss, will remain full-time and transition to the role of President and will remain as Chairman of the Board. With his dedication to RiseKit's vision and his understanding of the challenges faced by hidden talent, Matt's new role will allow him to focus on strategic initiatives and long-term growth.
Joining us as our new CEO is Josh Glantz, a dynamic leader with extensive experience growing and scaling B2B software and marketplace businesses. Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for our mission. His expertise and vision will be instrumental in leading RiseKit into this next chapter of innovation and expansion.
